Good to Know
- You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
- Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
- Cruise tickets can't be picked up in advance. Tickets are valid for 6 months after Eiffel Tower visit. It will be operated by Les Bateaux Parisiens. This voucher is not valid to enter the cruise. Tickets are given at our office.
- For late night tours Eiffel tower tours AFTER 20h45 you may come to our office located 41 Avenue de la Bourdonnais PARIS 75007 during our opening hours (8:00AM until 17h45) in order to receive the cruise tickets in advance (you will not have time to do it after the Eiffel tower tour and no refund can be provided, please plan accordingly)
- In case of bad weather, maintenance or safety reasons, the Eiffel Tower summit may be closed
Meeting Point
Please meet at the Paris'Trip office to exchange your voucher. Your guide will be waiting for you there, 41 Avenue de la Bourdonnais PARIS 75007, located 5 minutes by foot from the Eiffel Tower. Do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower. If you are late, even by one minute, tickets will be lost and the provider cannot offer a refund or reschedule your booking
